How do you ensure the freshness of the coffee?
We roast our beans in small batches and ship them within 24-48 hours of roasting. Each bag features a one-way degassing valve and a resealable zipper to maintain peak flavor profile and aroma.
What is the shelf life of Javvy Coffee beans?
For the best flavor experience, we recommend consuming our coffee within 4 weeks of the roast date. However, unopened bags stored in a cool, dark place will remain fresh for up to 3-6 months.
Do you offer different grind sizes?
Yes, you can choose between Whole Bean, Drip, Espresso, or French Press grinds. We recommend Whole Bean for the freshest taste, but our precision grinders ensure a consistent size for any brewing method.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Once your order is roasted and packed, you will receive a tracking number via email.
What is your return policy for food products?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact our support team within 14 days for a replacement or store credit.
