At Javvy Coffee, we want you to love every brew; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unopened products within 30 days for a full refund. Due to the perishable nature of roasted coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags, but we will work with you to find a roast you love.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unopened coffee bags or unused accessories in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
